Where to start…

Nothing like looking at a blank piece of paper and trying to come up with something to fill it. In my most recent writing gig, I gave myself a 280 character limit. Yet even four to five sentences and a photo once a month seems extreme at times.

So why jump back into something like a blog where I am trying to post regularly. It’s mostly because “A study of bars and bedforms in the western US” was the working title for my dissertation years ago and the domain was available.

Just to be clear, this ain’t my first rodeo.. I written blogs at various times since their birth over 30 years ago. Back then I was building tools for early content management systems and using them allowed me to test the tools.

Since then I have had random though blogs, blogs focused on Minor League Baseball, and blogs about my photography.
